I'll decide at the start
This day will be good.
The sky filled with light
Just as it should.

Yet there was more
I couldn't believe
A double rainbow
Before me gleamed.

Shadows glimmered
Turbulence ceased
Attention commanded
From earth and the sea.

I felt my Spirit
Lift on wings
Soaring through colors;
A Rainbow can bring.

The spectrum of light
Had no beginning or end.
And magical sparkles
Dusted my skin.

Peace and love filled my soul
A joy to see this beauty unfold.
Dispelling the mystery of the deep
A promise of a new day
Is ours to keep.
