Fishy Fishy in the sea,
I often wonder, what do you see?
In the water blue and deep.
Are there mountains,
Flowers and trees?
Where do you live?
What do you call home?
Is it a cave?
Or maybe a cove?
What do you do,
When a wave rolls in,
Do you giggle and laugh,
When it tickles your fin?
After school, do you play and have fun?
Do you get asked, "Is your home work done?"
What kind of games do fishies play?
When all the chores are done for the day.
And I wonder when it's dark at night,
Do you see stars, and the sky's nite light?
Do you say your prayers, before you go to bed?
And get kisses and hugs when goodnights are said?
Fishy Fishy in the sea,
I wonder are you like me,
Only I live above and breathe the air.
But I've always wondered
what it would be like down there.
